Zbigniew Dorenda
Born in 1955 in Włocławek. Has lived in Wrocław since 1956. There he finished primary and secondary school, and graduated from the Wrocław Medical University. In the years 1070 – 1975 was a professional rower, and in 1972 won the Polish Youth Rowing Championship. During the studies, in 1976, he got his first certificate in diving and became a member of the University’s Underwater Club ‘Piranha”.
Together with other members of the Club he took part in diving expeditions in Poland, as well as in Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, the Indochinese peninsula and South Africa. After graduation, 1981 to 2007, he worked in the Anaesthesiology and Intensive care Clinic. At the same time he also worked as a professional diver in Silesia. Zbyszek has worked in the Charity Foundation of Jolanta and Leszek Czarnecki since 2007.
